Terms and Conditions:

  • Accommodation for children between the ages of 5 years and 12 years (as additional pax in room) will be charged at rate of AUD$20.00 p. pax. p. night.
  • Accommodation for children between the ages of 13 years and 17 years (as additional pax in room) will be charged at rate of AUD$50.00 p. pax. p. night.
  • Accommodation for children 4 years and under is free.
  • Full single rate is applicable for persons over 17 yrs of age.
  • Standard rooms  may  accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Family room bookings  only accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children.
  • *Advertised weekly rates are inclusive of 10% discount.
  • *Returning guests are afforded a 10% discount on website rate when booking directly with Pandana Guest House. (applicable after weekly rate discount applied if staying over 7 days).
  • * Discounts received through special promotions on our website or through agency bookings are not eligable to additional discounts as indicated above
  • There is no minimum stay requirement.
  • Payment for accommodation is inclusive of all taxes.
  • A 3.5% Paypal imposed service fee is applicable for all payments made through Pay pal.
  • All electronic payments (non-cash payments) must be made at least 1 day prior to departure.
  • Pandana Guest House only accepts Paypal and T.T. transactions for accommodation.
  • Payment for food, beverages and services is only accepted in cash.

DEPOSITS

If you are staying for 3 days or more you will be required to make a deposit payment to secure the room. Payment may be made via PayPal through Pandana’s website, or directly into our bank account.

Deposit requirements: 3 night stay = 1 night deposit, 7 nights stay = 2 nights deposit, 10-14 nights stay = 3 nights deposit (per room).

PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY

Please note that there are no ATM facilities on the island so please bring cash to pay for your stay.

We accept payment in cash in the following currencies: Rupiah, Australian Dollars, Euro’s and American Dollars (US$100 note denominations only for USD).

We also accept payment through PayPal (members and guests) and bank transfer.

PLEASE NOTE:

Payment for services other than accommodation will only be accepted in cash.

All payments made through PayPal will incur a 3.5% PayPal service charge which must be paid in cash.

PayPal and Bank Transfers must be made at least 1 day prior to departure.

Cancellation:

 

  • 60% refund for cancellations made 14 days or greater to check in.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check in (or no show)
